Up & down

Had a hard time to get up today; a hard time as well to get down on my bike seat. Took a run downhill from the campground to Jim Thorpe downtown.



Exiting this once coal mine city is a long way up the hill thru the curves, sweating in the morning sun. Little up, little down and thru the countryside,



... thru the woods,



... and thru this small town of Mainville.

And there are still a few hills to ride up and down as I go west thru the Apalachian Mountains.

There are plenty projects going on here. We are at Skyloft where I initially settled in New York and Rachel welcomes me.

Thomas carries writting his book about innovation. Plenty pages are spread on the walls of the loft. The nineth rule of innovation says: "you'll never always be around". Right!



Rachel is being creative as well !



Last day to get ready, packing, planning the next few days... And I need to give a try to the whole system, bike, trailer and cargo; so with Mickael (better known as Micky Picky), we go for a quick ride in New York.
